Discovery Toolkit

The Discovery Toolkit provides you with a collection of resources that will guide you through conducting user research for open data portals and data visualization tools. By using this toolkit, you’ll have a much better idea of what you develop and how your product needs to work for the people that will use it.

It includes insights from OCP’s own user research from multiple projects, as well as personas, user research questions and sample requirements that you can copy or adapt to your needs.
